  • All orders are processed within 5–10 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders, processing times may be slightly delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email or phone.

 

2. Shipping Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 15–20 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your destination country, customs procedures, and carrier conditions.

  • Please note that unforeseen delays due to customs clearance or force majeure events (e.g., natural disasters, strikes, pandemics) are beyond our control.

 

3. Shipping Rates and Methods

  • Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and the selected shipping method.

  • We offer standard international shipping to most countries. Some remote regions may not be serviceable.

 

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number.

  • You can track your shipment status using the tracking link provided.

 

5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • Ganu Leather is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applied to your order.

  • All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, customs clearance fees, etc.).

 

6. Delivery Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.

  • We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

 

7. Damaged Shipments

  • If you receive a damaged package, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a description of the damage.

  • We will review your case and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

 

8. Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your package is significantly delayed or lost in transit, please contact us.

  • We will assist you in tracking the shipment and, if necessary, initiate an investigation with the carrier.
